Public browsing
We do not add advertising, behavioural tracking or analytics cookies to public pages. You do not need a patient account to use the website or submit a request.
Administrative authentication
The private staff area uses Netlify Identity’s necessary session cookies and storage to authenticate authorized administrators. These support login, session renewal and logout. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.
Third-party services
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard network information when your browser requests them. WhatsApp, telephone and email links open services with their own policies. Hosting providers may use technical security measures necessary to deliver the site.
Your controls
You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser. Blocking necessary authentication cookies may prevent staff login. If non-essential tracking is introduced later, this policy and the consent controls must be updated before it is activated.
