Our role
Menova coordinates access to specialist care. Qualified healthcare professionals are responsible for medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment decisions and clinical follow-up. This website is not a hospital, pharmacy, emergency service or doctor marketplace.
Requests and arrangements
Submitting a request records your interest; it does not confirm an appointment, guarantee specialist availability or create a patient account. Menova reviews each request and explains the next steps, any applicable fees and available consultation arrangements before you commit.
Your responsibilities
You must be at least 18 to request a consultation, provide accurate contact information and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information, harmful material or another person’s information. Do not use the site for spam, unlawful activity or attempts to access private records.
Fees and availability
No consultation prices are published because fees have not been confirmed. Preferred dates, times and consultation methods depend on availability and suitability. Any cancellation, payment or refund terms must be communicated when arrangements are proposed.
Limits and contact
